# Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use The License Desk and its free study materials.

## About these terms

These terms govern your use of The License Desk. The License Desk is a trading name of Elite Digital Ai Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this site you agree to these terms.

## What we provide

We provide free practice questions, mock tests and study guides for the UK DVSA car theory test, and may offer optional paid products such as the Pass Pack. All questions are original material written by us to the current official syllabus and The Highway Code. They are not actual DVSA exam questions, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the DVSA, the DVLA or any test centre.

## Accuracy and your responsibility

We check our material against current official sources and update it when The Highway Code changes, but road rules, fees and test arrangements can change at any time. Always verify current requirements on [GOV.UK](https://www.gov.uk/) before booking or sitting your test. Using this site does not guarantee any particular test result, and our material is study support — not driving instruction or legal advice.

## Paid products

Paid products and their prices are listed on our [pricing page](/pricing/). Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Each purchase is a single payment for the access period stated at checkout: nothing renews automatically and we do not store your card for repeat charges. Payments are processed securely by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page; we never see or store your card details.

Paid products are digital content supplied as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout you will be asked to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights: if digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — email us and we will put it right.

No paid product guarantees that you will pass your theory test.

## Intellectual property

The practice questions, explanations and guides on this site are our copyright. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not republish, scrape, resell or redistribute them without our written permission. References to The Highway Code point to public sector information available on GOV.UK.

## Liability

The free site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any paid product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
